Discount Tire

Came in at 4:30 for 2 big trailer tires. Both were dismounted, mounted, and balanced in less than 30. Listening to the team inside really showed their care for customer vehicles and urgency to provide excellent service. Only possible not real complaint is that I had to race through my burrito lunch to leave so quickly.

I visited this location with a slow leak in my tire. They plugged 2 nail punctures for FREE and I was in and out in 30 minutes. What a blessing!!!! No one tried to sell me anything or take advantage of me!? Everyone was so kind and helpful. Every worker I saw there was smiling. Saw a sign that all managers are promoted in house. Highly recommend and I will go to them for any tire needs in the future. Great experience and great job Discount Tire!

I had new tires installed on aftermarket chrome rims. Staff was very professional, handled the rims with care and installed the balance weights on the inner face as requested. Great service overall!

4 stars for customer service by bay staff, front desk staff won’t acknowledge you - have to wait 10 mins at the desk for someone to check you in. Most front desk team busy trying to sell tires. While they seem to be busy, they can work on getting efficient. A tire fix replacement job that would take 10-15 mins cost 45 mins just in waiting and then 45 mins for the job itself. Not a good use of 90 mins on a busy Friday work hours.

Generally, I have found that you get what you pay for – not so with Discount Tire – the only thing they “discount” are their prices, everything else is top notch! I needed a couple things for my Mustang GT Performance Pack and could not have had a better experience. I purchased tires/booked an install appointment online and right off the bat, the tires I had purchased arrived to the store super fast (less than 24 hours after placing the order). My main contact throughout the process was Jacob who did a great job – helped reschedule my appointment, answered all of my many questions, and price matched a tire pressure sensor (after the techs realized the one I had bought didn’t work) so that I could still get it replaced during my visit. The technicians did a nice job of installing my four tires, replacing a tire pressure sensor, and walking me thru the results of an alignment. And it wasn’t just Jacob doing a super job - while I was in the store, the whole team seemed to be knowledgeable, was delivering great customer service to everyone, and truly wanting to help folks out. A great example of this was when one of the staff members offered a customer a ride to a rent-a-car place so
